Just like all good times start at the river, so too does all good wine. This fantastic estate produces premium wines from its Riverland winery. This is fabulous Chardonnay, focusing on fresh citrus blossom, melon and fresh apricot aromas. They are followed through onto the palate with ripe fruit characters reminiscent of citrus and stone fruit, finishing with zest acidity.

Food recommendations: Aromatic chicken salads or crispy Chinese pork. A favourite is meaty fish such as halibut and cod.
