Domaine Edmond Rentz is a family wine estate situated at 15kms from Colmar between Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé in the historic Alsace region of northeastern France. The domain dates all the way back to 1785 and today their focus is on producing super high quality wines that respect the environment, the soil, the terroir and the vines that make their wine so special. You can find Cremant being produced in Bordeaux, Burgundy, The Rhone, Jura, Limoux, Loire, and Savoie but we adore the examples from the Alsace. Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay are blended to produce a vivacious sparkling wine that’s dry, ultra fresh and pure with refined notes of ripe pear, white flower aromatics and a blast of freshly squeezed citrus on a full bodied yet delicate palate that’s alive with fine bubbles. Cremant at its very best.
