A beautiful Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and a touch of Malbec. Chateau du Pin offers up some of the best value you’re likely to find across the notoriously expensive Bordeaux region. The fruit is wonderfully luscious and pronounced with dark berry fruit and plum taking centre stage before more earthy, leathery notes begin to emerge. The finish is long and rich with oaky vanilla spice wrapping it’s self around the fruit. A really approachable, drinkable expression of Bordeaux that would be perfect served alongside roast beef and Yorkshire puddings.
