Mossburn have aged a beautiful selection of whiskies from across the Speyside region of Scotland in their bespoke built ‘Cask Bill No.2’ oak barrels which are Oloroso sherry butts adorned with heavily charred American oak heads. The resulting whisky is a wonderfully rich but incredibly smooth dram with flavours of oaky vanilla, sweet cherries, orange marmalade and buttery pastry before a log chocolatey finish.
