Description
This multi-award winning whisky from Irish distillery Hinch, is matured for a minimum of 4 years in the finest first fill bourbon casks followed by a further 1 year in Virgin Oak casks. The result is a dangerously drinkable dram filled with sweet tobacco spice, vanilla cream, cinnamon, honey drizzled fruit and a biscuity note of chocolate digestive before a splash of lemon peel on the finish.
