Masia Bou is an 18th-century farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. The winery is located in the ‘Comtats de Barcelona’ which is primary growing region for Cava in the surrounding areas of Barcelona. Produced using the ‘traditional method’ – the same way in which Champagne is made. Masia Bou create award winning sparkling wines that highlight just how good Cava can be. Dry, with mouth watering pear, lemon, nectarine and a waft of chamomile before a brioche rich finish.
