A rare Spanish gem, produced using 100 % old vine Bobal, Finca Los Halcones is a unique site surrounded by pine trees, oaks and wild herbs in the Cabriel Valley, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Deep ruby in color, it offers aromas of black cherry, wild berries, plum and soft floral notes, with touches of cocoa and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is vibrant and expressive, showing juicy dark fruit, fresh acidity and smooth, well-shaped tannins. Subtle hints of spice and mineral tones lead to a long and balanced finish.
