Description
Probably our favourite Irish whiskey of all time! Hinche’s 10YO blend was initially matured in American oak before being finished for six months in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. Wonderfully balanced and incredibly smooth with flavours of ripe orchard fruit and vanilla ice cream and then on to sugary malt, marzipan, honeyed pear, a touch of lychee and chocolate covered fruit. The finish is long and lingering with red berries and more vanilla.
