Maison Edouard Brun is a small, boutique Champagne producer who’s history dates back to 1898. Today, the operation remains very much focused on small production, high quality wines with the Delescot family at the helm. Their Cuvee Special is a delectable blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. This is a really modern style of Champagne, complex but deliciously drinkable and fruit driven with waves of white stone fruit, crunchy green apple, a touch of cherry and freshly toasted brioche on the finish. Such an enjoyable glass of Champagne, you’ll need more than one bottle!
