Both extremely rare and incredibly unique. Paul Forget is a multi award winning wine maker, revered in the Champagne region. This is his Ludes Heritage Cuvee, we’d love to be able to tell what grape varieties have been used to make this extraordinary wine, but it’s a secret only Paul himself knows. When the Ludes Heritage blend is released each cuvee is completely different from the last with somewhere between 1000-3000 bottles of each made available at one given time. What we can tell you is that the Champagne is magnificent! Rich with creamy French pastry, a touch of delicate red berry fruit and a baked lemon acidity to finish. We strongly suggest buying two bottles if you can, because once you’ve tasted it, it will never be repeated!
