A sweet, flavourful Old Tom Gin from Zuidam’s Dutch Courage series, made with juniper, sweet orange, fresh whole lemons, coriander, angelica, liquorice, whole vanilla beans, elderflower and iris root. It’s then set aside to age in American oak barrels before bottling. On the nose, Initial lemon followed by pine and distinctive juniper, with notes of oak coming through. The palate opens with honeyed sweetness and the finish is long and dry with perfect botanical balance.

Pair with Double Dutch tonic, a lime wedge and juniper berries.
