This has to be one of, if not the, best Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs we’ve ever tasted. Overflowing with flavour, kiwi, lime, grapefruit and the all important gooseberry dominate the palate with green herbaceous notes in the background. The finish is long and full of zesty citrus. An intense, yet impeccably balance wine, delicious on it’s own or the perfect pairing to high wuality goats cheese.
