Description
A deliecious blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz, beautifully balanced with plenty of decadent dark fruit, subtle aromatic spice and a lusciously smooth and savoury finish. This is a fantastic example of modern Australian winemaking at it’s best. The velvety tannins mean this can be drunk on it’s own but will also pair perfect with red meats, particuarly steak.
