Description
Beautiful deep rosé-red colored Cava with an exuberant, creamy mousse. On the nose, small red fruits but also some citrus and stoney minerality. Distinctly dry and crisp on the palate, beautifully balanced. Rosé Cava may also be made from Monastrell, Garnacha, or Pinot Noir, but interestingly this one is made entirely from a local Catalan grape variety called Trepat. This produces wines with plenty of fresh acidity and lots of fruit. This is a grown up sparkling Rose with a flavour profile and a level of quality far beyond its humble price tag.
