It’s estimated that only a mere 1000 bottles of this unique Champagne were produced. The presentation alone is completely individual, every bottle is hand etched, each one different the last. They’re then adorned with Swaroski Crystal on both the bottle and cage, fascinating before you’ve even taken the first sip. The Champagne itself is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, very old school in style, it reminds us of the savoury, biscuity Champagne of 40 years ago, this isn’t a sparkling wine for someone who drinks supermarket Prosecco! It’s deep, dry and bready with mature notes of baked pastry, nutty spice, dried citrus peel, honeyed almonds and a final zing of lemon citrus and a touch of red berry fruit. Wow, this really is a unique proposition from every angle to every sip.
