Every bit as rare and unique as its white stable mate. The Lecart Bousselet ‘Signature’ Grand Cru Brut Rose is also adorned with a Swaroski Crystal and housed in a hand etched bottle. Like the white, this is a very traditional style of Rose Champagne, very dry with a red fruit pastry character. So elegant throughout, with flashes of cleansing lemony citrus, sweet-nutty spice, baked cherry pie and a faint touch of honey soaked strawberry on the finish. Any serious oenophile should try this Champagne, it’s certainly not one for swilling at parties, it’s a one to take you time with and savour the old school complexity.
