Now this is a real treat from the Henry of Pelham Estate. Their Riesling hails from the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario in the east of Canada, which sits on the New York state boarder. A true Canadian classic with captivating notes of jasmine, peach, honeysuckle, apricot and blossom before a long, elegant and mineral finish. There is a whisper of sweetness throughout which only adds to its appeal. Just brilliant, and hands down one of our favourite wines here at liquid indulgence. Service alongside a Thai Curry for an explosion of flavour.
