One bottle each of the following wines;

La Farra Brut Millesimato Prosecco

Vintage Prosecco is worlds apart from the inferior supermarket styles people have become accustom to in recent years. La Farra produce their wines slap bang in the middle of the Valdobbiadene region in Veneto, at the heart of the Prosecco superiore area. Owned by the three Nardi brothers and their sister they have been making Prosecco and sparkling wines seemingly forever and yet it is only in the last 20 years that they have started bottling wine under their own name and are now one of the most respected in the region. Their Brut Millesimato (Vintage) is just brilliant, real, hand-made wine, beautifully balanced with intense notes of freshly sliced green apple, ripe pear, tangy citrus and final flurry of white flower aromatic on a rich bed of tiny bubbles. Once you explore the world of vintage Prosecco, you wont be able to go back to the supermarket specials again… you’ve been warned!

La Farra Brut Millesimato Prosecco Rose

Vintage Prosecco is worlds apart from the inferior supermarket styles people have become accustom to in recent years. La Farra produce their wines slap bang in the middle of the Valdobbiadene region in Veneto, at the heart of the Prosecco superiore area. Owned by the three Nardi brothers and their sister they have been making Prosecco and sparkling wines seemingly forever and yet it is only in the last 20 years that they have started bottling wine under their own name and are now one of the most respected in the region. Their Vintage Rose is probably the best we’ve tasted, dry, fresh and impeccably balanced with juicy notes of ripe blackberry, wild strawberry, raspberry and a streak of lemony citrus before a subtle touch of red apple on the finish. Absolutely delicious.

Masia Bou Brut Cava

Masia Bou is an 18th-century farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. The winery is located in the ‘Comtats de Barcelona’ which is primary growing region for Cava in the surrounding areas of Barcelona. Produced using the ‘traditional method’ – the same way in which Champagne is made. Masia Bou create award winning sparkling wines that highlight just how good Cava can be. Dry, with mouth watering pear, lemon, nectarine and a waft of chamomile before a nutty, brioche rich finish. Forget what you think you know about Cava, this is a different ball game, sparkling wine that can compete with worlds best.
