Soave in most forms is absolutely delicious but the ‘Cream Label’ Soave from Danese is a big step up from entry level examples. A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano, the wine is dry and crisp with a clean minerality, the flavours of fresh apple and pear are really defined and are underpinned with subtle notes of green herb before Soaves classic nutty finish begins to shine through. Such an enjoyable wine and serious quality.
