Chateau Ricardelle is an historic estate in the Languedoc region of Southern France. Its prestigious name can be found mentioned as far back as 1342 and to this day continues to produce some of the regions finest wines. ‘La Clape’ refers to a small appellation in the Languedoc, famed for it’s limestone soils and stunning wines. This white is an electric blend of Bourboulenc, Picpoul de Pinet, Roussane and Vermentino that have been fermented in new oak barrels. The result is sensational, buzzing with flavours of intense citrus fruits, peach, nectarine and a final touch of green Mediterranean herbs on a powerful yet incredible elegant palate.
