Boutique Champagne at its very best… The house of Thierry Triolet is located in the village of Bethon, part of the Côtes de Sezanne region of Champagne which begins near the town of Sezanne and extends southward for about 20 miles. His Rose is hand made using a Chardonnay heavy blend to create a wonderfully elegant glass of Champagne that exudes notes of strawberry bonbons and redcurrant, ripe Morello cherries and subtle crack of black pepper. The finish is long and dry with the fine mousse of bubbles seemingly going on forever. Incredible value for money.
