Description
If you’ve not yet tasted a white wine from the Rhone, this is exactly how it should taste! Full bodied but really fresh with wonderfully rounded flavours of peach, orchard fruit, some tangy lemon acidity and white floral aromatics on a dry, precise palate. The blend is traditional and typical of the region with Clairette Blanche, Grenache, Roussanne and Viognier coming together to produce a wine that manages to be simultaneously complex and approachable. It’s also makes an extremely versatile wine if being served with food, fresh enough for lighter dishes but with enough texture stand up to richer meals. Brilliant stuff.
