This sparkling wine is made according to the traditional method, e.g. first creating a still wine which is then bottled with yeast and sugar so that the fermentation starts. It is then aged for ten to eleven months, slightly longer than the required minimum of nine months. Made with 40% Xarel.lo 40% Macabeo 20% Parellada. This Gold Medal Winnig Cava has fine bubbles, with a nose of citrus, ripe apple and hazelnut. Soft and round taste, that will appeal to everyone. It is perfect for parties and receptions.
