Inspired by the writings of 19th century Yorkshire explorer and historic conservationist Charles Waterton. This gin is crafted in very, very small batches in a traditional alembic copper pot still named Florence at the heart of Yorkshires Old West Riding. Botanicals are juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, liquorice root, fresh citrus peel. This is a rich citrus gin with Mediterranean fruit flavours.

Serve with classic tonic or lemonade and wedges of pineapple & grapefruit.
