Made with 100% Carménère grapes from the Central Valley and estate-bottled. Deep violet-red in colour with ripe red fruits and spices aromas. The grapes were harvested late, to give the wine an intense ripe fruit flavour of prunes and ripe berries. Carménère takes its name from carmin, which can be translated into crimson, due to the crimson colour on the leaves just before leaf fall in Autumn.
Food Recommendations: Great with white meats, cheese, pasta and risotto.

Attractive and bright yellow in colour, 100% Chardonnay, with high intensity of aromas of banana, pineapple and notes of pineapple. A small part of the wine has remained in the barrels to add roundness, complexity and to enhance the lovely tropical fruit flavour and gives the wine richness and length on the palate.
Food Recommendations: Great with lobster, shrimps and similar seafood dishes.

Light yellow in colour, with a wonderful herbaceous character which is complemented by delicate tropical flavours typical of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The taste level is exceptional with aromas of grapefruit and lime with subtle hints of white pepper and delicate herbs. The palate is very well balanced, fresh and elegant.
Food Recommendations: An excellent aperitif and delicious with fish and fresh seafood with creamy sauces or butter. It is also perfect accompanying pasta dishes with seafood sauces.
