Passion fruit, guava and white tea. A superb dry style gin.

Porter’s Gin is a fusion of old and new. Unbound by conventional methods, they create their gin using a combination of both modern and traditional techniques. Whilst Scotland may not be known for tropical fruit, Porter’s from Aberdeen is trying to change this with their tropically-tinged gin, Old Tom style. They have added passion fruit, guava and white tea, all of which are cold distilled to retain their natural flavour. Great tropical juicy notes, with a little honey and warming citrus spice. Passion fruit, guava, white tea, notes of honey and citrus spice.

Pair with Fever-Tree Indian tonic and garnish with a slice of lemon.
