Superb Riesling made with grapes from Niagra’s most premium vineyards on and surrounding Short Hill Bench. From harvest to bottle these wines take 1-2 years and are cropped at levels in the 3 to 4 bottles per wine range.
Lemon, citrus with hints of lime and rose petal. This Riesling is dry, with the vitality of fruity crispness, balanced by a slight residual sweetness on the palate.
Food recommendations: Roasted glazed ham, goat cheeses, pizza with mozzarella, romano and vegetable toppings

In the late 18th century, their great-great-great grandfather was deeded the land on which their winery sits. Fast forward six generations and they are still on the family farm.
They named the winery Henry of Pelham after great-great-great grandpa’s son, Henry, who we think had a pretty-dry sense of humour, nicknaming himself “Henry of Pelham” after a British Prime Minister. Today the honour their family ties to the land by capturing the taste of the land scape. They strongly believe that Henry would be proud.
