‘Zero dosage’ (no sugar).
This is a very special cava, made completely from Pinot Noir grapes; applying the same method used to make champagne. If you enjoy dry sparkling wines it won’t disappoint – promise! The cava is very dry, there’s no sugar added at the end of production; it has incredible pure red fruit flavours and a creamy finish. It is reminiscent of rhubarb and custard.
Food recommendations: Delicious as an aperitif, great with tapas, but equally with enough concentration and complexity to drink throughout a meal.
