Description

Diez Merito dates back to 1876 with their unique cellars in the denomination of Origin  Jerez. Nowhere else in the world breeding this singular wine with its system of criaderas  and soleras.

The Pedro Ximenez variety are sun dried in a process called ‘pasificación’ and aged for  more than 12 years in American oak casks using ‘Soleras y Criaderas’ system.
