Description

Bringing you a taste of three of our high quality French Wines.

White:

Exceptional Rhône white wine, very polished and great value.

Made with Roussanne, Grenache, Ugni Blanc & Cinsault grapes. The wine is medium to light gold in colour. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of white fruits with pleasant acacia nuances. The taste is fresh and crisp, with excellent natural acidity that creates balance and a pleasant mouth-filling texture with a clean finish.

Food Recommendations: Serve chilled as a  perfect accompaniment for oysters, fish dishes or simply as an appetize

Red:

This Gold Medal winning Rhône red is just fantastic.

Made with Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault grapes. It has an intense garnet-red colour with bright ruby tints. Ripe red fruits, plums and blackberries dominate the aromas and flavours. In the elegant and delicate taste you will discover red fruit aromas with a spicy nuance that is typically created by the Syrah. The moderate alcohol creates a smooth, very well-structured wine.

Food Recommendations: To be served ideally at room temperature with red meats and game, as well as with spicy meat dishes. We suggest pairing it with turkey cooked in mustard sauce.

Rose:

Tradition Rhône rosé at its very best. A great crowd pleaser.

The moderate alcohol creates a smooth, well-structured wine.
Grenache is one of the most important red wine grapes especially in Châteauneuf du Pape. Grenache has been popular in the Southern Rhone since the 17th century when it was used as a blending grape to give Burgundy wines additional body and alcohol.

Food Recommendations: To be served ideally with fish, dried and cold meats. Why not try serving it with breamed roast pork.
