Made with Roussanne, Grenache, Ugni Blanc & Cinsault grapes. The wine is medium to light gold in colour. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of white fruits with pleasant acacia nuances. The taste is fresh and crisp, with excellent natural acidity that creates balance and a pleasant mouth-filling texture with a clean finish.
Food Recommendations: Serve chilled as a perfect accompaniment for oysters, fish dishes or simply as an appetizer.

Chateau Saint-Nabor is a family affair: Vintners from father to son for 6 generations, the Castor family is an example of continuity and tradition. Jérémie and Raphaël are the 6th generation of vintners in the Castor Family. They became partners with their father in 2011. It will be up to them to manage the Château Saint-Nabor in the near future. The team consists of 6 full time workers. They are in charge of the vineyard and materials; cellar work and winemaking are for the most part managed by Gérard, Jérémie and Raphaël. High quality work and perfect traceability are assured through first-rate organization.
