They grow their vineyards at a height of 1,750 meters above sea level in a unique and privileged region. In the province of Salta, Argentina, 180 kilometers south of the capital, we find this region of extreme and desert climate, which offers warm days and cold nights, little rain and high sunstroke for the vineyards.
Cafayate is a small isolated valley, with very special characteristics, where its desert climate and poor soils, favour the production of high quality oenological grapes, managing to easily realize integrated, sustainable and organic viticulture.
